1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") apply to all contracts for the purchase of digital products, coaching services, consulting services and access to AI-powered tools via the website or through written order.

2. Subject of Contract

The provider offers consulting and support services for private property sales as well as digital materials (including checklists, guides, listing templates) and access to AI-based assistant bots. This is not an activity as a real estate agent within the meaning of § 34c GewO; in particular, the provider does not provide brokerage services and no legal or tax advice.

3. Booking and Contract Conclusion

The presentation of packages on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer. By completing the order process or written confirmation, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded with order confirmation or invoicing by the provider.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros and plus statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payment is made by advance payment, bank transfer, card payment or online payment service, depending on the payment methods offered. Access to services is only granted after full payment has been received.

5. Scope of Services

The specific scope of services is derived from the description of the respective booked package. The provider does not owe a specific sales success or a certain price achievement. Services are provided online (video calls, digital documents, email support, AI tools). On-site services are only part of the Professional Package if expressly mentioned there.

6. Usage Rights to Digital Content

With purchase, the customer receives a simple, non-transferable right to use the digital materials. Distribution, publication, sale or dissemination to third parties is not permitted.

7. Access to AI Tools

Access to AI-based assistant bots is time-limited according to package description. The provider does not guarantee permanent availability, as technical infrastructure depends on third-party providers.

8. Coaching & Consulting - Disclaimer

All consultations serve for information and orientation. No legal, tax or financial advice is provided. The customer is solely responsible for decisions in the sales process.

9. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

The customer agrees that the provider begins with the execution of the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period. With this consent, the right of withdrawal expires according to § 356 Para. 5 BGB. A sample withdrawal instruction will be sent upon purchase completion.

10. Appointment Arrangements

Agreed consultation appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. In case of short-term cancellation or non-participation, the appointment is considered fulfilled.

11. Liability

The provider is only liable for damages based on intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. Liability for lost profits, financial damages or sales results is excluded.

12. Data Protection

The provisions of the privacy policy on the website apply.

13. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered office, provided the customer is a merchant. Changes to these Terms require written form.
