Marketing Manager – Build Our Marketing From Scratch

Full-time in Landstuhl: Become the first dedicated marketing all-rounder at ImmoHauf and help build our marketing from the ground up. No traditional CV required — just show us what you can do.

About the role

ImmoHauf – The Investment Brokers. We are a growing real estate company in the West Palatinate with 200+ Google reviews at 4.9 stars and a clear goal: grow from 1M to 10M in revenue. We are looking for someone to build, shape, and drive our entire marketing operation forward.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business).
  • Shoot and edit videos (Reels, Shorts, YouTube — Dennis speaks, you film and edit).
  • Create graphics (ad creatives, postcards, partner materials, case studies).
  • Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Write copy (ad copy, landing page text, email sequences, social media captions).
  • Analyze campaign results, maintain the content calendar, and repurpose content.

Requirements

  • Drive. Self-starter mindset. A real desire to build, not just execute.
  • A good instinct for content and a basic understanding of social media/online marketing.
  • You can edit videos.
  • You can create graphics.
  • Fluent German and English.
  • No specific degree, no 5 years of experience, and no coding skills required.

Do I need brokerage experience?
No — career changers are welcome. What matters: a real interest in people, follow-through, clean work. We train you, including the IHK §34c license if you don’t have it yet.
How is pay structured?
Base salary + uncapped commission on the deals you close. We discuss the exact mix in the first interview based on the role and your experience — clearly and in writing.
Does the team work in German or English?
Both. We mix German and English daily — many of our clients come from KMC (Ramstein, Vogelweh, Baumholder). If your English isn’t perfect yet, no problem — it’ll grow with the role.
Is there home office?
We’re mostly an in-office team — viewings, owner meetings and team work happen on-site. Individual days from home are absolutely fine when it makes sense.
What does the trial day look like?
You spend a day at the Landstuhl office, shadow a colleague (viewing, valuation, CRM work) and have lunch with us. We cover travel and reimburse the day.
How quickly will I hear back?
Within 48 hours — usually the same business day. Applications go to the responsible lead directly, not through an HR filter.
