About the role
ImmoHauf – Die Investmakler. A real estate agency in the Westpfalz region with 200+ Google reviews at 4.9 stars, firmly rooted in the area and the KMC community. We get more inquiries than we can properly handle — and that's exactly the problem: inquiries aren't mandates. We're looking for someone who turns a first contact into a signed seller's mandate.
This is not an inside-sales role and not a phone job. You're out there, with the owner, at the table. You build trust, you secure the property, you bring it in. If you understand sales as a hunt and not as administration, let's talk.
Responsibilities
- Win over owners: from first contact through the valuation appointment to a signed seller's mandate.
- Run appointments independently — on-site with the owner, not just over the phone.
- Qualify and secure properties: you recognize what's worth it, and you bring it in.
- Guide owners through an emotional phase — inheritance, separation, relocation. Listening is mandatory here, not optional.
- Hand properties over to the sales team cleanly — or carry the deal through yourself, depending on your experience.
- Stay on it where others give up. Most mandates come together on the third or fourth contact.
Requirements
- Hunter mentality. That's the core: you want to close, you approach people, and a "no" doesn't throw you off.
- Substance in real estate: you know your way around property — professionally, as an investor, or because you've earned it the hard way.
- Sales skills: you've sold, acquired, or advised, and you know how to lead a conversation to a close.
- Native-level German + good English (many owners and buyers come from the US military community).
- Russian is a real plus, but not a must — a meaningful share of our owners in the region are Russian-speaking.
- Driver's license and a car. You're out on the road.
Ideal, but not a must: you're already working in real estate acquisition or sourcing and want to move to a team with a better setup and more honest terms.
This is not for you if you put security over performance, prefer to stay in the office, or see acquisition as "making follow-up calls." We're not looking for an administrator — we're looking for someone who gets out there and delivers.
What we offer
- €2,400 base salary + uncapped commission. Realistically you'll land at €5,000–6,000/month — and there's no ceiling if you deliver.
- Warm leads, no cold calling into the void: inquiries come in through advertising, our website, and referrals. Your job is to win them — not to find them.
- Structured onboarding and 1:1 coaching.
- Propstack CRM, professional photography, 360° tours — you don't waste time on tech and paperwork.
- Permanent, full-time. Start immediately or by arrangement.
- Location: Landstuhl (Kaiserstraße 58), 5 minutes from the A6.
- Growth path: head of acquisition as we keep growing — and we're growing.
